Pinetree Capital acquires shares of Latin American Minerals

Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX:PNP) reported that the company has acquired ownership of 1,577,000 common shares of Latin American Minerals Inc. through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange, representing approximately 2.1% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Latin American as at November 26, 2009.
